Astar Network is preparing to join the auctions on Polkadot and kick off the Astar Crowdloan Event.
Quick Overview
- You will need a minimum of 5 DOT tokens.
- Stake your DOT and receive ASTR tokens (the ratio will be announced soon)
- Your DOT will be locked in a smart contract for 24 months
- At the end, you will re-claim your DOT using a smart contract back to your wallet
Bonus Rewards

- If you stake your DOT before November 18, 2021 – you will receive a 20% bonus.
- If you participated in the previous lockdrops or crowloans, you receive a 10% bonus. Be sure to use the same wallet addresses with PLM for this to work properly.
- If you participated in the Shiden Crowdloan, you need to still hold the amount of SDN you have received on your address used for the Shiden crowdloan. If you moved SDN after distribution, you can still send those back to your Shiden address to be eligible.
Getting Started
- Setup your polkadot.js wallet. Once it is installed, you can view your accounts on this website
- Transfer your DOT tokens to the polkadot.js wallet. If you are new to this wallet and Polkadot – I always suggest doing a test transaction before moving any large sum, to make sure you prevent any losses. Never share your private keys or passwords with anyone offering assistance.
- Have your Polkadot Address ready

How to join?
If you are new to Astar or Polkadot, you will need to setup a wallet. I would suggest the polkadot.js wallet. If you have any trouble send us an email and we can send you a couple resources.
